Originally inspired by the Ben Stiller comedy, this light competition fundraiser provides the opportunity for both youth and adult teams to duck, dip and dodge balls in good fun for a good cause.

Scheduled for either the last weekend of Feb. or first weekend of March, youth teams under age 18 play on Saturday and adult teams play on Sunday. The younger youth teams are allowed 8 players while the older youth teams and adult teams are allowed 6 players. All teams must have at least two members of each gender, and prizes are awarded to the youth team with the most creative team shirts.

All proceeds raised help fund Moriches Community Center insurance costs and programs such as Open Recreation nights.
